Daniel Radcliffe, or Harry Potter to his millions of fans, just did a little magic of his own. With a wave of his checkbook, he bought himself a 5.65 million dollar townhome in Manhattan’s West Village.

The Townhouse, built in 1847 by a sea captain for his three daughters, is 3,000 square feet (280 square meters) and features a small, one bedroom apartment on the ground floor.

A far cry from Number 4 Privet Drive

Daniel Radcliffe already owns two condos in New York, one also in the West Village, and one in Soho. Both were purchased for 4.3 million dollars each.

Good to see Daniel Investing some of that Harry Potter money wisely! Hogwarts must have business and money management classes in addition to Potion Making!
