Rihanna opens up to Good Morning America on ABC and discusses the assault in Hancock Park in Los Angeles by Chris Brown, her former boyfriend. “There was no person when I looked at him,” the 21 year old singing sensation recalls of the attack. “He had no soul in his eyes, just blank.”

Rihanna now looks back and sees how unhealthy the relationship with Brown actually was. “The more in love we became, the more dangerous we became for each other-eaqually as dangerous,” she says. “It was a bit of an obsession almost.”

As you probably remember, the attack happened when Rihanna saw a text from another woman on Chris Brown’s cell phone and confronted him with it in his rental car.

We love love love Rihanna!!! And we are so happy that she is out of that abusive relationship! Good for you Rihanna! You can stand under our Umbrella-ella-ella anytime!

Doesn’t the way she describes Chris Brown sound creepy?! We hope he gets help and deals with whatever demons he has. Violence is never the answer!

Rihanna, after keeping quiet for nine months, talks about the beating ex-boyfriend Chris Brown gave her in an interview slated to air on Thursday’s Good Morning America, and Friday’s 20/20.

In a brief transcript released by ABC, the Barbadian beauty said of the vicious pounding she received at the hands of the Forever singer: “This happened to me… It can happen to anyone.”

Rihanna said Brown “was definitely my first big love,” which made the incident that much harder to recover from; the Umbrella singer has kept a low profile since the Feb. 8 incident, as it took her more than three months to step on a red carpet after the beating.

Brown was sentenced to five years’ probation and ordered to do 180 days of community labor as a part of the plea deal he made in June for his assault, which took place in in Hancock Park, California. The restraining order issued to Brown orders to keep his distance from her for five years.
